Morgan Langlois, MA, began her career at the Brien Center in 2004 as a Direct Care Specialist at the agency’s South 40 program in North Adams, becoming the Site Supervisor in 2008. When the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative launched at the Brien Center in 2009, Morgan helped to implement and supervise the Therapeutic Mentoring program while continuing as Site Supervisor for South 40. In 2012, she transitioned to an Intensive Care Coordinator position at the Brien Center’s Community Service Agency (CSA) in Pittsfield, eventually becoming a Program Supervisor in 2013, and the Program Director of the CSA in 2017. In 2021 she was named Program Director for Therapeutic Mentoring, Options for Youth, and South 40, in addition to continuing as Program Director of the CSA. In 2023, Morgan was appointed Division Director for Child and Adolescent Services,
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 2003, and a Master’s Degree in Community Psychology from Sage Graduate School, Albany, in 2012.
